Pricing, Tax & Delivery charges Please note that we list our prices excluding UK VAT (purchase tax at 17.5%). This is because many of our customers are resident outside the European Community and so do not have to pay VAT. If you are resident within the EU and need to pay VAT, this will be calculated along with delivery charges (by weight of product) when you proceed to the checkout – you can still cancel at this stage if you are not happy with the charges. Returns Policy If you are unhappy with any product you have ordered, simply return it to us unopened within 14 working days and we'll give you a full refund or replace the item.
